• Shiny app dilemma: 
• Need to update documentation on shiny apps. Specifically, their purpose, function, and their intended use. 
• I really need to tackle the "action button" issue. i.e. make a button to execute a function when pressed.

• read the documentation -see if you can replicate some of the figures in the planarian paper. 
• vimrc
• I need to push this to a new repo that  only contain vim settings -i.e. the .vimrc file, /.vim/, and the subfolders. I want my vim settings to reproducible across platforms.
